Yoga Workshop - Building Resilience to Stress

Stress can weaken our bodies and break us down, and long term stress negatively impacts nearly every bodily system. Learning how to bounce back from stress can help make you stronger and more resilient - body and mind. We'll build this resilience by:

  • Learning how to stimulate our relaxation response through nutrition, anatomy, and yoga

  • Learning the important role our inner hip muscles play in stress reactions.
